Courtney Love has revealed she wrote the nasty note police found in her late husband Kurt Cobain's wallet.
Seattle, Washington police detectives went public with the scrap of paper, on which Love was called a "b**ch with zits" and accused of using the tragic Nirvana singer's money for "doping and whoring", last month (Apr14) just after the 20th anniversary of his death.
Many media outlets suggested it was a clear sign that Cobain and his wife were at odds at the time of his passing, but Love has now confessed she wrote the note.
Contacting the Seattle Times newspaper by email, the Hole singer explained the note was actually written on New Year's Eve 1991, when Nirvana was performing in San Francisco, California.
