Rocker Courtney Love Has Hit Back At A Biographer Who Is Suing Her Over His Work On Her Life Story, Denying She Owes Him Any Money For The Book.
Anthony Bozza, who has previously worked on books for Slash and Tommy Lee, filed a lawsuit against the Hole star earlier this year (15), claiming she had only paid him $100,000 (£67,000) of a $300,000 (£200,000) deal and suggesting she failed to officially fire him from the project before bringing in another writer.
Love has now filed a response with a court in New York, denying she owes Bozza any further payment and refuting his claims that she approved his work on the book at various stages of the project, according to the New York Daily News.
The Celebrity Skin hitmaker has also asked to be reimbursed for costs she has incurred dealing with the lawsuit.
