Courtney Love and her lawyers have launched a search for the anonymous YouTube user who posted an alleged fake Nirvana song online.
Reports suggested the track Flaccid Bone was hacked from Love's personal archive and posted alongside a caption, which suggested Kurt Cobain's widow had confirmed it came from "the early 90s recording sessions".
Love, who part owns the rights to Nirvana's music, has since confirmed the song was fake, and she is now taking legal action against the user who posted the song.
