'Thrift Shop' rapper Macklemore is expecting his first child, according to a report.
Macklemore is expecting his first child with his fiancée Tricia Davis.
The Grammy Award-winning rapper has been engaged to Tricia for two years and according to a report in the New York Post's Page Six Column, they are set to welcome their first child.
Tricia and Macklemore, 31, celebrated New Year's in Las Vegas and a source told the newspaper: ''Tricia wasn't drinking while everyone else had a cocktail.''
Macklemore performed on the night with Ryan Lewis, but kept a close eye on his fiancée all evening.
The source explained: ''She was dancing and standing in the back, but not really with the crowd. If Macklemore wasn't performing, he was right next to her, guarding her.''
And the insider added that when Tricia put her hand on her stomach, ''that's when you could see a baby bump!''
Tricia and the 'Thrift Shop' star have been together for eight years, having met when she was a nurse.
Macklemore proposed to her in January 2013, since when his career has gone on a sharp upward trajectory.
The rapper announced recently that his third studio album will be released sometime in the second half of 2015.
