Labrinth is engaged.

The 'Beneath Your Beautiful' hitmaker proposed to his partner Muz today (22.08.15) whilst on stage at V Festival at Hylands Park in Chelmsford.

A source told the Daily Mirror newspaper: ''He talked about loyalty before proposing and how his girlfriend had been with him since the start of his career and stood by him.''

When she said 'yes', the crowd cheered and applauded and soon fans rushed to social media to offer their congratulations.

One wrote: ''Congratulations to @Labrinthda1st and @its_Muzzy on getting engaged! x (sic)''

Whilst another added: ''Congratulations @Labrinth on your engagement!! #VFestival #TweetTheFest (sic)''

A third shared: ''Nah @Labrinthda1st proposing to his girl on stage was to much #VFestival2015 (sic)''

Meanwhile, Labrinth is feeling refreshed after taking an extended break last year and says has Simon Cowell to thank.

He said at the time: '''I was like, 's**t, I don't have any follow-ups!'

''Then I saw Simon in St Tropez and he said, 'I just want you to have fun and do what you love. Even if it takes three years, make an amazing album.'''
