Jordin Sparks suffers from ''bad anxiety''.

The 'No Air' hitmaker has bouts of inner turmoil and when she feels panicked she struggles to sleep.

Jordin took to Twitter to tell her followers about her latest anxiety attack and urged them to pray for her.

She tweeted: ''I'm having such bad anxiety. I can't sleep. If there's any prayer warriors out there, can you please send up a prayer for me?''

Despite her worries over her anxiety attacks, Jordin can rely on the support of her boyfriend rapper Sage The Gemini to get her through it.

The 25-year-old star - who has just released her third LP 'Right Here, Right Now' - recently admitted she feels ''very, very blessed'' to have found love again following her break-up from Jason Derulo last year.

The former 'American Idol' winner told 'Extra': ''Sage makes me smile every single day. He's a good guy. I'm very, very blessed.''

Discussing the possibility of marriage in the future, she told a different media outlet: ''It's very early, but I'm not the type of person who stays in a relationship if I can't see it going further than a casual relationship.

''I could see marriage, but we haven't really planned anything. He does call me his wife, though.''
