Giuliana Rancic reportedly thinks Kelly Osbourne is ''pathetic.''
The 'Fashion Police' presenter ''doesn't understand'' why her former co-host recently branded her ''a liar'' and wants her to find ''someone else to obsess over.''
A source close to the 41-year-old star said: ''Giuliana doesn't understand why Kelly continues to make disparaging remarks about her. They're so ridiculous.
''She's not going to let Kelly's comments bother her. She just thinks they're pathetic. And she thinks Kelly should find something or someone else to obsess over.''
Kelly, 30, declared earlier this week that she and Giuliana would never be friends again.
She said: ''I will never admit to liking Giuliana because I don't. I don't think she's a good person and I think she's a liar.''
The duo fell out in March after Giuliana came under fire for ''offensive'' comments she made about Zendaya Coleman on the E! series and Kelly opted to quit the show after distancing herself from the scandal on Twitter.
But the former E! News anchor believes Kelly is merely trying to ''divert attention'' from herself after she was slammed for making an offensive comment about the Latino community on 'The View' earlier this month.
The insider told PEOPLE.com: ''It's obvious Kelly is just trying to divert attention away from her racist comments.''
