Courtney Stodden and Doug Hutchison will continue to live together following their split.

The 19-year-old blonde and her 53-year-old husband Doug Hutchison officially ended their two-and-a-half year marriage by signing a legal separation document on Saturday (09.11.13), which contains a bizarre clause stating their plans to live together as ''business partners'' in their marital home.

According to the MailOnline, the document reads: ''Through their entertainment attorney, Doug Hutchison and Courtney Alexis Stodden have confirmed terms of their legal separation.

''For the time being Courtney and Doug will remain living together at their residence in separate rooms and continue to support one another as friends and business partners.''

The form makes no mention of a divorce, and it appears the pair plan to live as if they had never been married in the first place.

The couple - who tied the knot in Las Vegas in 2011 when Courtney was just 16 - have come under fire for their unconventional relationship, which caused 'The Green Mile' actor Doug to lose his friends and family.

The buxom beauty has now confirmed their relationship ended because the 35-year age difference became too tricky to overcome.

Asked what was behind their break-up, Courtney tearfully admitted to E! News: ''My age, obviously ... I couldn't neglect my desires and wanting to embrace my independence and freedom.''
