Earlier this month (Oct15), Brandy Flint filed legal papers against the rapper, real name Christian Ward, claiming he owed her $96,000 (£60,000) in back child support, and hasn't paid since 2011.

The pair were due in court on Monday (19Oct15), but the former Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood star failed to appear and Flint was awarded a default judgment of $99,400 (£62,125), according to Bossip.com.

"He's in default - what can he say?" Flint said. "He blatantly ignored the court order. I shouldn't have had to go after him... The only person hurting at the end of the day is the child."

In addition to the judgment, Ward also faces an increase in his monthly obligations. He is currently paying $700 (£440).

Ward is also facing a separate lawsuit from Beanna MCFerren, who filed papers last month (Sep15), claiming the hip-hop star owes her $87,000 (£54,000) in child support. They are due in court later this month (Oct15).

The news comes just days after the troubled star pleaded guilty to harassment in his assault case with ex-girlfriend Masika Tucker. He was ordered to complete a batterers' intervention programme.

Last year (14), Berg landed on Illinois' Child Support Services' delinquent parents list for allegedly failing to pay MCFerren child support.
