The hip-hop star, real name Juaquin Malphurs, was arrested at an airport in Georgia in October (14) after a gun was discovered in his luggage, and he was charged with carrying a weapon in a prohibited place.

Due to the charge, and his previous arrests, the rapper has been denied entry into Australia, so he has now scrapped all six dates of his planned trek Down Under.

Tour promoter Robin Fernando wrote on Facebook.com, "Unfortunately Waka Flocka's entry into Australia was denied by the Australian Government Department of Immigration and Border Protection, due to his recent arrest(s) on both firearms... charges... While a VISA into New Zealand had been approved, the Australian situation means that Waka Flocka's tour to this part of the world will no longer take place at this time, and will be rescheduled for later in the year.

"We apologise for the inconvenience this causes, as hip hop fans ourselves we are gutted to not be seeing Waka Flocka play in New Zealand as planned, however we are committed to bringing the world's best hip hop acts to our shores, and will continue to do so."
