America's favourite EDM fest The Ultra Music Festival have rounded off their last weekend with an impressive line-up.
We expected nothing less than exhilarating, flawless electronic finery from Ultra's uber exciting 2013 2-weekend line-up and neither weekend's artists held back at all as they hit Miami's Bayfront Park full of enthusiasm. Weekend 2's line-up saw a sting of disc jockey legends including double Grammy winner David Guetta, DJ royalty Fatboy Slim, the more recent chart sensation Deadmau5 and the Gold-selling Calvin Harris. Other attendees included Afrojack, who recently remixed Psy's YouTube hit 'Gangnam Style', Dutch sensation Armin Van Buuren, Italian DJ Benni Benassi and out latest electronic music heroes Zeds Dead. Snoop Lion (aka Snoop Dogg) became the highlight of weekend 1, however, and he probably felt right at home having collaborated with many artists on the bill.
Swedish House Mafia sadly made their final appearance as an outfit at the festival, officially breaking up this week. It all seems to be an amicable decision though as they've even revealed to Rolling Stone that they might work together in the future under a different name. 'It's an experiment to ourselves', Sebastian Ingrosso informed the publication. On a happier note, the prospect of Ultra's 2014 15th Anniversary looks to make next year even more memorable.
