However, Tequila suspects producers knew about the comments before she was signed up for the show because they are easily searchable on the Internet, and she wants to be put back in the house after apologising.

If producers refuse to reinstate her, Tequila is planning to launch a lawsuit to recover the $175,000 (£109,000) she should have been paid for taking part, according to TMZ.com.
