Fact: Clueless actor Stacey Dash has reportedly been dropped as a Fox News contributor. The outspoken Republican pundit was hired in 2014 and primarily appeared on news programme Outnumbered. Fox executives reportedly decided not to renew her contract in the autumn (16).

Writer/director Amy Heckerling has confirmed plans to revamp the high school comedy for the stage, calling the new version "a jukebox musical". Rock of Ages mastermind Kristin Hanggi has signed on to direct the project.
