Fact: Bosses of British coffee chain Costa Coffee have banned Sir Cliff Richard's 1988 Christmas song Mistletoe And Wine from more than 1,600 of their shops after it topped a survey of the most despised festive tracks. Shakin' Stevens' 1982 hit Blue Christmas came second.
