The couple’s rep declined to specify the gender or names of the new arrivals, but did reveal to the magazine that mother and babies are all ‘healthy' and happy’ following the births.

News of Helen’s pregnancy was confirmed in September, after she attended the N°5 L’EAU party for Chanel in West Hollywood sporting a visible baby bump. The couple are already parents to eight-year-old son Rocket, who they welcomed in 2008.

Explaining the meaning behind his son’s unusual name to Oprah Winfrey in 2014, Pharrell said: “In the same way the Indians named their children after a force or animal or element, we named him after a man-made machine that was meant to go up, meant to ascend.”
