The late Ultimate Warrior's life story has been described as ''almost poetic'' by WWE Executive Vice President Triple H.
Triple H believes Ultimate Warrior was able to find ''closure'' just before his shock death.
The WWE Executive Vice President played an integral role in bringing the wrestling legend back to World Wrestling Entertainment in 2014 after several years of him being estranged from the company that made him a star in the late 80s and early 90s due to his repeated attacks on the wrestling corporation.
After numerous talks with Triple H, Warrior accepted the offer to be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame during 'WrestleMania XXX' weekend and made peace with many people connected to the organisation including WWE Chairman Vince McMahon and one of his most famous opponents Hulk Hogan before he passed away on April 8 from a heart attack a day after appearing on TV show 'RAW'.
Speaking about the importance of Warrior coming back to WWE just before he died, Triple H writes in new book 'Ultimate Warrior: A Life Lived Forever: The Legend of a WWE Hero': ''His story is almost poetic, this great man and icon who had come full circle in his life and reconciled with so many people personally and professionally. When I saw him at the end of 'WrestleMania' week, he had this look of peace and happiness, like a huge weight had been lifted off his shoulders. It seemed he had found closure. And he did exactly what he said he was going to do, leaving behind a legacy that will live forever in the hearts and minds of not only the Warrior Nation, but also the most important people in his life - his wife and children.
''Warrior told me that his wife and children were absolutely everything to him, but that they didn't know much about his career. They had never seen him wrestle and had never been exposed to WWE. He wanted them to know that he was more than just 'Dad', and for them to experience what the Ultimate Warrior meant to so many people. During the week of WrestleMania 30, they got their chance.''
Warrior - who was born James Hellwig - is survived by his wife Dana and their two daughters, Indiana and Mattigan.
'Ultimate Warrior: A Life Lived Forever: The Legend of a WWE Hero' is a biography of the Warrior's career and contains lots of bonus material such as a recreation of Warrior's Oregon state wrestling license and the sheet music to his unforgettable theme music, and a replica of the mask he wore on his final 'RAW' appearance.
