Former Owl City Touring Guitarist Daniel Jorgensen Has Been Placed Behind Bars On $100,000 (£62,500) Bail After He Was Indicted On Charges Of Attempting To Have Sex With A Minor.
The musician stands accused of attempting to coax a 14-year-old girl to join him in his hotel room and onboard the band's tour bus during a 2013 stop in Atlantic City, New Jersey, after a concert.
Jorgensen, 30, was indicted on counts of criminal sexual contact and attempted luring by a grand jury in Atlantic City on Tuesday (04Aug15).
Jorgensen, who hails from Minneapolis, Minnesota, faces a potential prison sentence of five to 10 years for the second degree attempted luring charge.
Owl City founder and frontman Adam Young has yet to comment on the controversy.
