Singer/actress Natalie Bassingthwaighte Is Celebrating Her First The X Factor Victory After She Was Parachuted In To New Zealand's Version Of The Talent Contest To Replace Two Sacked Judges.
The former Neighbours star joined the franchise in her native Australia in 2011 and served as a mentor/judge for four seasons but failed to find a winning candidate.
She moved to New Zealand's The X Factor in March (15) following the axing of judges Natalia Kills and Willy Moon over their harsh criticism of a contestant, and she is now toasting her first triumph on the show after one of her young charges, rapper Beau Monga, won the competition.
Bassingthwaighte took to Twitter.com to write, "Even after a late night from winning @xfactornz I feel good!"
