BBC's talent show, 'The Voice UK' is continuing its rebuilding process after key high profile departures by hiring JLS's Marvin Humes.

Humes is set to replace Reggie Yates who left the show earlier this week along with his co-host Holly Willoughby, whose replacement has been announced as 'Big Brother' presenter Emma Willis.

The 28 year old will be elated that he landed this role, as he will soon have a lot of spare time on his hands because his band 'JLS' announced earlier this year that they are splitting up in the near future following a final farewell tour. The singer has already demonstrated his hosting skills by joining wife, Rochelle of 'The Saturdays', in presenting an episode of 'This Morning'.

The London native told BBC "I'm so excited to be a part of the new series," adding that he has always been a "big fan" of the show.

"I'm thrilled to be working alongside Emma and be a part of a new team on The Voice. It's going to be even bigger and better with this new series. I can't wait to start."

The acquisition of Humes makes perfect sense as he is no stranger to the pressures a talent show can bring to contestants. JLS found their successful rise to fame by appearing on ITV's talent show 'The X-Factor' in 2008, finishing second to Alexandra Burke.

Emma Willis, who will be joining Humes as co-host took to twitter expressing that "[she] am insanely excited to be joining the team @BBCTheVoiceUK, What a bonkers year it's been... Can't wait to get started!!"

The shake-up of last year's line-up has also hit the judging panel with Aussi icon, Kylie Minogue, replacing Jessie J and there is still no word on who will fill the hole left by The Scrip's frontman, Danny O'Donoghue's.

The 'Voice UK' will air in January 2014.
