The Former Assistant Accused Of Using Luke Wilson's Credit Card To Rack Up More Than $120,000 (£75,000) In Personal Expenses Has Been Ordered By A Court To Pay The Star $438,000 (£274,000).
The Old School star filed a lawsuit at a California federal court in March (15) accusing his ex-employee Charles Lodi of identity theft and fraudulent purchases.
The legal documents stated that Wilson "trusted Mr. Lodi as his friend, and believed Mr. Lodi had his best interest at heart" and alleged that Lodi appropriated the actor's name and forged his signature to splash out on vacations and withdraw cash.
After Wilson caught Lodi in the act last year (14), they reached an out of court settlement agreeing the employee would reimburse him in three installments of $75,000 (£47,000), but Lodi only returned $15,000 (£9,300) before fleeing to Utah.
Editors at TMZ.com report that a court has now ordered Lodi to pay Wilson $438,000 (£274,000), although he has yet to respond to the legal action.
