Lucy Mecklenburgh refuses to work out with her boyfriend Louis Smith.
The former 'The Only Way Is Essex' star has confessed she has only been to the gym once with her Olympic gymnast beau and will never do so again after his ''bossy'' motivation techniques left her exhausted.
She said: ''I went with him once - never again! He trained me and he did some gymnastics conditioning with me.
''He was really bossy and it was so hard. I did it for 30 minutes before I was pouring with sweat, so I won't do that again in a hurry.''
The brunette beauty - who has her own sportswear range with Ellesse and fitness business Results With Lucy - went on to share her own top tips for getting into shape ahead of the summer holidays.
She said: ''Do some cardio. I love skipping, it gives you great tone. Focus on some jumping squats and to help get rid of cellulite, drinks lots of water.
''A week before I go away, I drink lots of juices too and cut the carbs to reduce bloating.''
However, even Lucy confesses there are parts of her body she isn't happy with.
She told the Daily Star newspaper: ''I'd like God to give me bigger boob but I've realised that's not going to happen. You are what you are.
''But I'm completely against surgery. I understand why people do it and each to their own. But I worry that a lot of celebrities who get a lot of work done aren't thinking about what young girls see.''
