Review of LR Rockets' double A side single Lovesucker/ Cameron Is Connected.
LR Rockets release their double A side 'Lovesucker/ Cameron Is Connected' on Little Power Records. It certainly fits straight into the category of that trendy, angular guitar wave that Franz Ferdinand paved the way for. Obviously they have their own angle and are pretty funky. In fact musically it's pretty on it.
There's plenty of energy, cool drumming and bass and it all flows into a nice slap in the face that's gonna get the cool kids bopping. 'Cameron Is Connected' is catchy and cool. In fact I do like this outfit. It's a pretty cool addition to this kind of music.
