Mexican Singer/songwriters Leonel Garcia And Natalia Lafourcade Have Emerged As Front-runners To Dominate This Year's (15) Latin Grammy Awards After Picking Up Five And Four Nominations, Respectively.
Garcia, who was one half of Mexican pop duo Sin Bandera over a decade ago, has landed Song and Record of the Year nods among his haul, while Lafourcade, who was nominated for a Best New Artist Grammy in 2003, is among the Album of the Year favourites for Hasta La Raiz. She's also up for Song and Record of The Year for the album's title song, which she wrote with Garcia.
Juan Luis Guerra and Alejandro Sanz have each landed four nods, while Nicky Jam, Pablo Alboran, Cafe Quijano, Pedro Capo, Vicentico and Ricky Martin have three apiece.
The 16th annual Latin Grammy Awards will take place on 19 November (15) in Las Vegas.
