Blue star Lee Ryan has revealed he has been celibate since separating from American model Jasmine Waltz last year and won't be rushing into bed until he meets the right girl.
Lee Ryan has been celibate for all of 2015.
The Blue singer has revealed he has abstained from sex since he split from stunning American model Jasmine Waltz just a few weeks after they both left the 'Celebrity Big Brother' house in January 2014.
Lee's reason for giving up lovemaking is that he wants to wait until he meets a special lady who he is serious about before he jumps between the sheets again.
In an interview with The Sunday People newspaper, Lee - who also enjoyed a romance with glamour babe Casey Batchelor on the reality TV show - said: ''I've been celibate since 'CBB'. When I went in there blokes used to be like, 'You're an idiot. Shut up, boy band.' And girls used to be like 'Arrrr!'. After I came out girls are like, 'W***er!' And blokes are like, 'You're a ledge bruv!' It has definitely put women off ... I don't want to get into another relationship because I don't want to let anyone down. I'm not a sex addict. All my proper relationships you can count on one hand - they've all been so short-lived. If they haven't, they still haven't been enjoyable. I feel the only woman I can really trust is my mum. I just feel jaded by relationships.''
One woman he has now repaired his personal relationship with is his ex-fiancée Samantha Millar, with whom he has a six-year-old son.
The hairdresser ended their two-year romance in the summer of 2010 after their relationship became intolerable but they now get on well and Lee, 32, respects Samantha for being ''brave'' enough to call time of their engagement.
He said: ''It's taken Sammi and me a long time to realise you also have to work at a relationship after a relationship. But we have finally done that and are friends. I actually said to her she was very brave to walk away from us because we were bad together. I couldn't have done that. I am happier single. I don't want to commit to anyone right now - I feel like I have enough responsibilities with work and being a father. Things are finally on the change for the better.''
