Kim Kardashian's brother has reached a civil settlement with a Los Angeles photographer over allegations he lashed out at her during an encounter at a West Hollywood gym.

Andra Viak claimed Rob Kardashian punched her, grabbed her camera and ripped out the memory card after he spotted her taking photos of him working out earlier this year (13).

The 26 year old was charged with misdemeanour battery and petty theft after the March (13) incident, but on Tuesday he appeared in court for a hearing on the case and agreed to pay Viak the cost of her equipment, according to Tmz.com.
