Kim Kardashian West wants a ''perfect pregnancy'' with her second child.

The 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' star - who is expecting a boy with her husband Kanye West - reportedly doesn't want to let ''fat jibes'' and ''fashion faux pas'' get in the way of enjoying her child-bearing experience according to a source.

The insider told the American edition of OK! magazine: ''She's in the driver's seat now, and she has her heart set on having a perfect pregnancy. Its been a struggle for Kim to conceive, so she doesn't want the next six months to be spoiled by fat jibes and fashion faux pas.''

However, the 34-year-old beauty has been feeling very ill due to morning sickness and has posted to social media of how ''f*****g sick'' she felt.

Kim posted to Twitter throughout the week of her struggle with the common side effect.

She posted: ''So f*****g sick today on all levels! UGHHHHHHHHH I can't deal!!!!!!!!! Praying I get through the day! ... ''Today is National Doughnut Day! Thought I would enjoy it more but morning/all day sickness really ruins things! LOL Maybe its for the best! (sic)''
