Kim Kardashian West believes Kanye West is ''the best husband ever''.

The reality TV star gushed about her rapper beau - who she married last May - after he treated her to several romantic gestures to celebrate Mother's Day (10.05.15) including ''a couple thousand roses'' and a string quartet playing songs by her pal Sam Smith, despite the fact she was working in Brazil.

Posting on Instagram, she wrote: ''I got to my room in Brazil and my amazing thoughtful husband had the sweetest note with a couple thousand roses covering my entire suite for Mothers Day! I'm so sad I'm so far away on this day but happy we celebrated yesterday! I love you baby & North soooo much!!!

''So I get to a restaurant in São Paulo & my husband had a string quartet waiting playing Sam Smith!!!!! Every single waiter who brought food said ''This is from Mr. West for the best mother in the world''! Seriously I have the best husband ever!!!! (sic)''

During the day, the 34-year-old beauty - who released a book of selfies titled 'Selfish' last week - also gushed about her own mother, Kris Jenner, 59.

She wrote online: ''Everything I am I owe it all to you mom! Everything I will teach my daughter you taught me first! Thank you mom for being there for me & loving me unconditionally! I love you so much!!

''I feel so blessed that my daughter gets to grow up knowing my amazing beautiful grand mother. Life is all about memories so take lots of pics and cherish all of the good memories! #HappyMothersDay (sic).''

And although she was ''so sad'' to have to spend the special day away from her 22-month-old daughter North, she revealed they had held a celebration the previous day before she left.

She added: ''I'm so sad I'm so far away on this day but happy we celebrated yesterday! I love you baby & North soooo much!!! (sic).''
