Kim Kardashian has been missing her ''little angel'' North.

The reality TV star found it tough being separated from her four-month-old daughter, whose father is rapper Kanye West, while she was overseas in Paris, France, and took to Instagram to share the second ever picture of the adorable infant upon her return.

Kim wrote on the social media site, ''I missed waking up with my little angel'', attaching a heart-warming picture of North swaddled tightly in a baby blanket while lying on a fluffy white rug.

The 32-year-old star was seen jetting back to Los Angeles on Tuesday night (01.10.13) after living it up at Paris Fashion Week with Kanye over the weekend.

North clearly wasn't far from their minds in the French capital, however, as Kim was spotted wearing a gold necklace with her name on it. The couple also managed to score a whole new designer wardrobe for their daughter thanks to gifts from A-list fashion names.

A source told Us Weekly: ''Kim was sad to say goodbye. This is the first time she's been away from the baby.''

Kim reportedly left North - who she has nicknamed Nori - in the care of her mother, Kris Jenner, and oldest sisters, Kourtney and Khloe, giving them very strict orders not to release any pictures of the baby.

Until today (04.10.13), only one photograph of the child had been seen, when proud dad Kanye unveiled the very first snaphot on Kris' self-titled talk show.
