Pregnant Kim Kardashian Still Strutting Around In Heels [Pictures]

Kim Kardashian is certainly coming to the end of the pregnancy and looks fit to burst in the latest snaps of her heading to Naime's Beauty Center in Los Angeles with mother and manager Kris Jenner. To be fair to Kim, she's managed to keep up appearances throughout her pregnancy, as well as her classic style.

The mother-daughter twosome were presumably talking some time out from their busy schedule for a well-earned pampering day though Kim's June 2 baby shower is now just weeks away and it'll be all hands to the pump to get it organized. The expectant mother flaunted her growing baby-belly in a fitted white dress - which E! points out looked very similar to Gwyneth Paltrow's Oscar frock - along with a large black clutch, open toe-heels shoes. Her mother Kris opted for something similar, wearing a crisp white shirt with black leather pants and slick shades.

The pair are planning a "humongous" celebration at the upcoming shower, which will no doubt reflect the Kardashian's go-hard-or-go-home approach to parties. Recently, Kim opened up about her well-received maternity fashion to Grazia magazine, saying she's "wearing anything that fits." We think there's maybe a little more planning goes into it than that.

As Kim prepares for the birth, partner Kanye West is currently out on tour and rolled out some new material at a show in New York this week. Unfortunately for him, it was the on-stage rant at the paparazzi and his perceived 'celebrity' status that made the headlines.
