Kim Kardashian has flown to Nigeria for a concert.

The 'Kourtney & Kim Take Miami' star - who is expecting her first child in July with her rapper boyfriend of almost a year Kanye West - has jetted from Los Angeles to Lagos via Paris to host the 'Love Like A Movie' Concert, featuring Nigerian soul singer Darey Art Alade on Sunday (17.02.13) at the luxurious Eko Suites & Hotel.

She tweeted her excitement ahead of the event, saying: ''On my way to Nigeria! Can't wait!''

The 32-year-old reality TV star is rumoured to be joined at the event by Kanye, 35, and marks her second trip to Africa this year.

The couple also returned for a long weekend in Rio de Janeiro on Tuesday (12.02.13), where they enjoyed their second babymoon.

The pregnant beauty was recently warned she needs to reduce her stress levels for the health of her baby.

The 32-year-old beauty was treated for severe abdominal pains recently, after her doctor rushed to her home in the middle of the night to examine her and warned her to start relaxing more.

Kim's mother and manager Kris Jenner also confirmed she has been told to relax, especially given the stress she is under because of her lengthy divorce battle with Kris Humphries.

She said: ''Kim has been going through this divorce for months. She has been under a lot of stress because of it and the doctors told her she had a really tough week and the stress could become a problem if she isn't careful.''
