Kim Kardashian addressed rumours surrounding her baby’s gender. The 34-year-old Keeping Up With the Kardashians star is expecting her second child with husband Kanye West. Sources, speaking to a variety of media outlets, have claimed Kardashian is expecting a boy or twins. Speaking out about the rumours on Twitter, Kardashian refused to confirm the child’s gender. However, she did confirm she is not expecting twins.

‘So many rumors...we are not having twins, yes I am carrying my own baby lol & we have not told anyone the sex of our baby yet!’ Kardashian wrote on Twitter on Wednesday (10th June).

‘Nothing is confirmed unless you hear it from me!’ Kardashian added.

Kardashian’s struggle to conceive a second child has been well documented and discussed during the filming of Keeping Up With the Kardashians. Kardashian welcomed her first child with West, North, in 2013. The couple continued attempting for a second child but to no avail. As a result, Kardashian sought medical advice and tired in vitro fertilisation. 

Kardashian announced her second pregnancy last month, making the announcement with a preview clip of Keeping Up With the Kardashians. It was certainly a big secret to keep especially for someone who’s constantly in the public eye but the entire Kardashian/Jenner family managed to keep quiet.

Kardashian, speaking to Us Weekly, also revealed she was suffering with morning sickness during the pregnancy. She reportedly did not have the same problem whilst carrying North. 

"I can barely get out of bed," Kardashian said. "But it’s so worth it. I don’t really care."
