Khloe Kardashian has given an update on her sister Kim’s state of mind as she recovers from her ordeal in Paris last week when she was robbed at gunpoint, revealing that her sibling is “not doing that well”.

The reality TV star and model appeared on ‘The Ellen DeGeneres Show’ on Tuesday (October 11th), and was asked about how her older sister is doing, just over a week after the robbery took place, in which five masked men ransacked Kim’s Paris apartment for more than $10 million worth of jewellery.

“I mean, she's not doing that well,” 32 year old Khloe told the host. “I mean, it's incredibly traumatic what happened to her, but our family is super close and great and we'll get through it together, and we do appreciate all of your guys' love and support and it will take time. You know it was horrible what happened to her.”

Since returning to California to be with her family, 35 year old Kim has kept a much lower profile on social media than normal, reportedly blaming herself for what happened as she frequently used such platforms to display her wealth.

The family’s reality show, ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’ has temporarily halted filming, and the clan’s various public appearances have only just resumed.

“Well, I think it's just a wake-up call to make a lot of life adjustments,” Khloe continued about the aftermath. “This is a really serious matter for Kim I think that's really personal as to when that emotional terror you could move on from that. I think for us it's all a wake-up call for all of us, but definitely just to make sure our sister's okay.”

“Like I said, we're a family we'll do this together. I think it's important to make those adjustments and to pull back a little bit, I think is always smart.”
