Kieran Hayler and his fiancée Michelle Penticost have pushed back their wedding to 2021 due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Kieran Hayler and his fiancée have had to postpone their wedding until 2021 due to the coronavirus pandemic.
The 33-year-old reality TV hunk got engaged to Michelle Penticost in the Maldives in March, after just over a year of dating, and they had hoped to tie the knot in 2020.
But the couple have now pushed back their plans to next year once the UK government has relaxed rules on public gatherings so they can have normal nuptials with as many guests as they like.
In an interview with Simon Gross for Get Gossy with Grossy, Kieran revealed: ''We plan on getting married in 2021 when things get back to normal.''
Although Kieran is disappointed that he can't make Michelle his wife this year he knows when their special day comes around it will be worth the wait because she is his ideal woman.
When asked if Michelle is his soulmate, he replied: ''Yeah, we bounce off each other.''
Recalling how he had butterflies the first time he ever saw her, he added: ''I met Michelle at the school gates. I guess it was instant attraction she slipped into my DMs.''
Kieran has been spending his time in lockdown looking after his two children, son Jett, six, and daughter Bunny, five, whom he shares with his first wife Katie Price.
Katie, 41, is isolating at home with her oldest son, 17-year-old Harvey, who is classified as at a high risk of developing serious complications from the deadly respiratory illness due to his disabilities.
The kind-hearted star also acts as a carer to his 86-year-old grandmother and has been making sure that she is well during the COVID-19 crisis.
Kieran explained: ''I am really enjoying being a dad looking after my two children, Bunny and Jett. Although I've got to say the homeschooling is something very different for me, something that I have never had to do before so it's quite interesting and also tiring. We are having breaks for exercise so the kids don't get bored. I am looking after the kids while Katie isolates with Harvey.
''I am also caring for my 86-year-old grandmother, washing, dressing and feeding her.''
