Kendra Wilkinson has the ''thickest hair in the industry.''

The 30-year-old reality TV star has admitted her long blonde locks are so chunky and uncontrollable she struggles to wear it down unless it's been professionally styled.

Speaking to UsMagazine.com, she said: ''I carry tons of hair ties because I have the thickest hair in the industry. It's wild! I have to put it up if it's not professionally blown out.''

Although her gorgeous tresses need a lot of maintenance, the mother-of-two prefers to go au naturel when it comes to make-up rather than have product seeping off her face.

She explained: ''I'm not a real big glamorous type of person, I'm usually sweating, and I would hate to have make-up pouring off my face. I'd rather do hot yoga than be glammed up on a weekday!''

However, the stunner can't go anywhere without her travel size perfume.

She added: ''Jo Malone Cologne smells SO good. I need to spritz it on during the day. And it's small! It's travel size.''
