Jenny McCarthy is thinking about joining 'The Real Housewives of New York'.
The 42-year-old star claims Bethanny Frankel, 44, recently approached her about becoming a member of the cast for its upcoming eight season, but is reluctant to take up the offer because she doesn't ''want to ruin anybody's life.''
Speaking on her SiriusXM radio show, the blonde beauty said: ''Did I tell you Bethanny emailed me and asked me if I'd like to be apart of 'Housewives of New York'.
''I like watching the drama. The problem is I'd have to go in with a choice, and that is to be the peaceful warrior or the s**t starter. I don't know which one I'd enjoy doing. I don't want to ruin anybody's life, but a lot of those b***hes need to be slapped in the face.''
Jenny was surprised when Bethanny reached out to her via email because ''she's never emailed me in my life.''
Earlier this year, Jenny's husband Donnie Wahlberg, 46, revealed she had rejected the chance to return to co-host 'The View' after being axed from the series in early 2014 after just one season.
He said: ''She's very gracious about 'The View' and I told her the day that she left, I said they're going to ask you back within six months.
''She won't say it, but they did. Not officially, but they did.''
Jenny was later coy about the issue, but eventually confessed she has been approached about a return.
She said: ''One of the producers called and said, would I ever consider it? And I said, 'No, thank you, because I couldn't be me.' ''
