Jason Schwartzman is to become a father for the second time.

The 'Scott Pilgrim vs. the World' star's wife of four years, fashion designer Brady Cunningham, is pregnant with their second child, due early next year.

A source told www.UsMagazine.com: ''Brady is due [in April] and she is feeling great. They are not finding out the sex and are keeping the baby's gender a surprise.''

The new arrival will be brother or sister to the couple's first daughter, Marlowe Rivers, two, who is already gearing up to become an older sibling.

The source added: ''Marlowe is super excited about becoming a big sister and they are thrilled to be adding to the family.''

Jason - cousin of actor Nicolas Cage and director Sofia Coppola - has previously said he likes to spoil his wife as much as he can while she's pregnant.

He said: ''I'm lucky I found a woman that I love and that's amazing. I'm having a family and I feel very happy. I try to be a good father-to-be. I try to treat my wife well so she can enjoy these months.''

The 33-year-old star also said before Marlowe was born he purposefully grew a moustache simply so he could laugh at them later in life.

He explained: ''I decided to grow out this moustache, so when we take photos of my girl [she] will be embarrassed.''
