Jade Jagger gets parenting advice from her daughter.

The 43-year-old jewellery designer and husband Adrian Fillary welcomed son Ray into the world nine months ago, just four weeks after her eldest child, 22-year-old Assisi, and her partner Alex Key had their little girl Ezra, and the pair are enjoying sharing the experience of raising a young child.

Jade - who also has 18-year-old daughter Amba from a previous relationship - said: ''It is nice to have someone who really understands what I'm moaning about. We can share those things and that's been sweet.

''She gives me advice. Assisi has read all the books while I break the rules.''

Though she is very close to Ezra, Jade doesn't feel like a grandmother.

She said: ''Becoming a grandmother has felt like being a mother.

''I feel like Ezra is my daughter, because she's an extension of Assisi. When we're all together, it feels like Ray and Ezra are brother and sister.

''I used to call my grandmother Nanna so that seems right to me, but maybe I'll just be Jade in that modern way.''

And Jade's famous father, Rolling Stones rocker Sir Mick Jagger, is enjoying being a great-grandfather.

She told Grazia magazine: ''The children call him 'Pappy' and he's a big family man, so I don't think this is anything new for him.

''His family is just ever expanding. I think my husband and Dad were both very happy I had a baby boy - to get some testosterone in the family because there are a lot of girls.''
