Heather Graham claims she used to think she was a bad person because she enjoys having sex and it is a big part of her life.
Heather Graham used to feel guilty about enjoying sex.
The 'Compulsion' star is very comfortable with her sexuality now and says it is an important part of her life but it wasn't always the case.
She said: ''It's an aspect of my personality. Sex is a part of who I am and it took me a long time to feel good about it.
''I wasn't sure if it was good or bad to be a person who really enjoys sex.''
The 'Hangover Part III' star also believes it is harder for actresses to land lead roles as she says men run the film industry.
The 43-year-old actress, who previously revealed that she has written a script based on her friends and their conversations about how to get the ''best sex possible'', told the November/December issue of Women's Health magazine: ''The industry is totally sexist. It's run by men mostly. Look at the movies that are coming out. How many are about women? If you look at who the leads are, they're probably 75 per cent men.''
She added: ''There's a lot of movies about men's fantasies, but what about women? What would the world be like if women asked for everything they wanted?''
Heather - whose ex-boyfriends include rocker Adam Ant and the late actor Heath Ledger - is very focused on her career and although she isn't desperate to find the perfect man to start a family with, she would like to mentor someone.
She said: ''I'm not the kind of person who needs to be a mother no matter what. Life brings you people.
''Maybe I'll nurture someone who's not my child, like a friend, or an actor I'm working with who needs some love.
''He'd be fun, kind and interesting. So you can have intimacy through being open with each other.''
