Harry Judd hopes his new baby will mean his wife isn't bored at his shows.

The McBusted drummer worries his spouse Izzy Johnston gets tired of seeing them live while they're touring but hopes their currently unborn tot will keep her entertained, as has been the case for his bandmate Tom Fletcher's wife Giovanna Falcone, who has 16-month-old son Buzz with the musician.

He revealed to The Sun newspaper: ''Izzy likes to watch when we're playing.

''Sometimes I'm like, 'Are you not bored of watching us there?'

''But Tom's made it work great with Buzz, as being in a band your schedule is so random.

''I'm going to be very lucky for Izzy to be able to come with me.''

Harry, 29, announced the news he is to become a father last week with an Instagram post in which he said he felt ''blessed'' to be having his first child with the violinist, who he married in 2012 after seven years of dating.

Posting a photo of him with his wife, who is holding her stomach, on Instagram he announced: ''Izzy and I are so happy and feel truly blessed to be able to share with you that we are expecting our very own little miracle #BabyJudd @izzyintheattic (sic)''
