Gavin Rossdale has reportedly introduced his new mystery girlfriend to his sons.

The British rocker, 49, who split from Gwen Stefani in August after 13 years of marriage, was spotted having dinner with the pretty brunette and his eldest sons, Kingston, nine, and Zuma, seven, at Shu Sushi in Beverly Hills on October 1.

A source said: ''Gavin looked really happy with his new girl.''

But his estranged wife, 45, was furious when she found out about the date and informed him they needed to discuss who's introduced to their children.

The insider told US OK! magazine: ''The split has been hard on the boys, and she says he's making it worse.''

A source previously told gossip website RadarOnline.com that Gavin was all over his new love interest at a recent Operation Smile 2015 Gala in Los Angeles.

The eyewitness said: ''They came in together and sat next to each other at dinner, but made sure to keep their distance because they knew people were watching them.

''After drinks started flowing following dinner, Gavin followed her to the bathroom at the same time I was walking towards the restroom. She left the restroom just before I did and when I walked out, Gavin and her were kissing!''
