Fred Willard has been arrested after being caught - quite literally - with his pants down in a Hollywood adult theater. According to law enforcement sources, undercover vice officers went into the Tiki Theater in Hollywood and found the 78-year-old 'Anchorman' star watching a movie with his penis exposed.
According to Tmz.com, Willard was arrested around 8.45pm and booked for lewd conduct. The actor was watching one of the three movies on rotation in the theater that night, 'Follow Me 2', an adult parody of 'The Client List' and 'Step Dad No.2'. Willard is best known for his memorable roles in 'Best in Show, 'For Your Consideration', 'American Wedding' and 'Everybody Loves Raymond'. He is rumored to be appearing in the forthcoming comedy 'The Yank', about an Irish American who goes to Ireland to find love, only to find that the grass isn't always greener on the other side. Back in 1995, Hugh Grant was also arrested for 'lewd conduct' after picking up a prostitute on Hollywood's Sunset Blvd, and driving a short distance being authorities caught him.
An employee at the Tiki Theater told Cbs2 in Los Angeles that undercover police officers had visited the theater twice on Wednesday, making one arrest. It is not clear when Willard will appear in court.
