Eastbourne isn’t brimming over with obvious musical talent but what it has offered up is a brand new single from their finest export, Easyworld.

‘How did it ever come to this?’ is instantly recognisable in not the only distinct vocal from Dav Ford, but in the evocative sentiment which most Easyworld tracks are heavily built upon.

With soulful piano and sultry backing vocals from Sam Brown of ‘Stop’ fame it would be all to easy to say that this track will follow suit with the rest of Easyworld’s back catalogue and make less than a dint of the conscious of most music fans. However, I really hope ‘How did it ever come to this?’ brings Easyworld the credibility and attention they well deserve.

Featuring the B-side ‘Celebrity Killer’ this single is a great way for those who have never heard of the Eastbourne trio to ease themselves in and hear some great instrumental talent and song writing.
