Fact: Justin Bieber's manager and mentor has signed electronic dance music superstar David Guetta to his roster. The DJ, who is working on his seventh studio album, is the latest name added to Scooter Braun's SB Projects. SB Projects music roster also features Bieber, Kanye West, Usher, and Ariana Grande.
