Marina Anderson, the Kill Bill star's fourth wife, launched a private investigation into her husband's death after Carradine's body was found in a Bangkok, Thailand hotel suite in 2009.
Local officials ruled he was a victim of autoerotic asphyxiation, but his widow remains convinced her husband was murdered and in the new edition of her book David Carradine: The Eye of My Tornado, Anderson details her meetings with psychics and astrologers in a bid to uncover the truth, and reveals all about the documents she has received in the years since Carradine's passing that appear to prove her theories that the actor's death was not accidental.
Anderson is also working on a film about her life with Carradine.
