Daisy Lowe has revealed that she swears by a rewards system when it comes to exercise and eats a piece of chocolate or cake after every workout.
Daisy Lowe rewards herself with chocolate after every workout.
The 26-year-old model - who exercises with Elle Macpherson's personal trainer four times a week - admits that Cadbury's chocolate is her ''weakness'' when it comes to eating healthily, and she abides by a rewards system to keep herself motivated.
Daisy said: ''My weakness is anything Cadbury. It is a case of rewarding myself, so if I workout, I can have an extra piece of chocolate or chocolate cake. You need to have the balance of both otherwise you'll drive yourself mad. I know if I stop myself eating bad things I'll actually go the other way and it's a nightmare.
''If I want to get that really good jacket that I've seen, then I need to go to workout. It's definitely about a rewards system.''
The brunette beauty - who has modelled for Chanel, Vivienne Westwood and Burberry in the past - went on to reveal that she swears by the '80/20' diet, where she only eats healthily 80 per cent of the time.
Speaking to the MailOnline, Daisy said: ''I'm a big fan of work hard play hard. I think you have to look after yourself and being healthy is really important but no one wants to be good 100 per cent of the time.
''And I think trips like today, I'm in Cannes, I ate lovely bread and really good cheese, and the most amazing cake I've ever seen.''
