The teenage son of country music singer Craig Morgan has been reported missing after a boating accident in Tennessee, with emergency responders mounting a wide search operation.

19 year old Jerry Greer was said to have been tubing (a recreational water sport) with a friend on Kentucky Lake in Humphreys County on Sunday (July 10th) when the two of them collided at high speed, with the boat by which their flotation devices were being towed got into some sort of difficulty.

Although both were wearing life jackets, according to authorities, Greer has not been seen since, and the family fears the worst. Police, assisted by rescue boats and helicopters, are searching the area desperately.
