Fact: Craig Armstrong, the musical mastermind behind Baz Luhrmann's Moulin Rouge!, has teamed up with the Australian director again to compose the score for another period piece, The Great Gatsby. The Scottish composer picked up a Golden Globe for Best Score for his work on the 2001 movie, which starred Ewan MCGregor and Nicole Kidman.

Fact: MAMMA MIA! director PHYLLIDA LLOYD has been awarded a Commander of the British Empire (CBE) award in the Queen Elizabeth II's New Year's Honours list.
