Fact: Embattled actor Columbus Short is returning to the small screen in a new made-for-Tv movie. The former Scandal star was dropped from the cast of the political drama last April (14) after a series of legal issues, but he has since returned to work as a city councilman for horror film Fear, which will debut on America's Tv One network on 13 March (15), reports Eonline.com.
