The sportsman allegedly failed to give the PYT employee, named Rob, the U.S. standard 20 per cent tip after grabbing lunch at the restaurant earlier this week (begs08Sep14), leaving just 20 cents (12 pence) on his $61.56 (£36.21) bill. An image of the receipt was posted on social media by Pyt owner Tommy Up and now Sheen has reached out to offer Rob some extra cash. In a statement, he writes, "dear Tommy Up at Pyt in Philly.
