Benji Madden has got Cameron Diaz' name tattooed on his chest.

The 35-year-old rocker only got married to the 'Sex Tape' star, 42, last month but he's already taken their romance to the next level by getting her moniker permanently etched across his body.

Taking to his Instagram account on Monday (23.02.15), the singer wrote alongside a photograph of the new inking: ''Thinking bout you #LuckyMan (sic).''

Benji is currently in Australia for his judging role on 'The Voice', while Cameron remains in the US for her own work commitments but the loved-up couple are hoping they can still make time in between their busy schedules to start making a family.

A source said recently: ''Cameron didn't see herself as a mother before, but since finding love with Benji she can't wait to start a family and neither of them want to waste a moment.

''They've already talked about how they'd make a nursery in their LA house and pals are saying they wouldn't be surprised if there's an announcement sooner rather than later.''

The pair tied the knot at the actress' home in Beverly Hills on January 5 after just eight months of dating and afterwards enjoyed a brief break in Wyoming, which allowed them to ''hibernate'' in their first days of married life.
